Our fabrics are tested to AATCC TM 183, the standard used to rate UPF fabrics, to confirm UPF 45+ (white) and UPF 50+ (navy) protection.

Shipping

Ondine offers complimentary standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States for orders over $200.

All domestic orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your product.

Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location, but orders should arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped.

We use third-party shipping providers. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. Please directly reach out to the shipping courier if any of these issues occur with your order.

Returns

We want you to love your Ondine pieces. If something isn't right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
• Sale items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items, unless they are marked Final Sale.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start a return
Email us at info@myondine.com with your name and order number. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping fee
A $7 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund for domestic returns.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card company to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@myondine.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Ondine reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.
