Shipping 

Ondine offers complimentary standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States for orders over $200.

All domestic orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your product.

Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location, but orders should arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped.

We use third-party shipping providers. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. Please directly reach out to the shipping courier if any of these issues occur with your order.

Returns

Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets our policy.

We gladly accept returns of unworn , unwashed items and with all tags still attached within 30 days of purchase, as follows:

• Returns outside of the 30 days of purchase period will not be accepted.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.

A $7 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted for domestic returns.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Ondine reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
